FAQ - Is VAT included in your products?

Yes! VAT is already included on all our products on the online shop. When you receive an invoice, you will see that the subtotal and the final total will be the exact same amount. VAT will be displayed on your invoice.

FAQ - How can I add my VAT number to my invoice?

Simply add your VAT number at check out, into the company name bar, next to your company name.

FAQ - Can I buy from your physical stores?

Yes. We do have a number of Magalies depot outlets around SA. To see a list of our depots click here: www.magaliescitrus.co.za/contact-us/depots

We also have a Cash Shop at our factory near Brits, North West Province.

FAQ - Do I need to Create an Account in order to buy something?

No. You can make a purchase without creating an account.

FAQ - Can I physically visit your online store to place an order?

No. Magalies Citrus Online is an online store and as such does not have a physical retail store. Our head office is based near Brits, North West Province, but we stock our online products in several fulfillment warehouses around the country, as well as several selected retail stores.
