1. COMPACT Model: It is essential to empty and clean this machine after each shift. Failure to do so may result in the ice cream mix deteriorating overnight.

2. COMPACT + Model: This model features a built-in refrigerator, eliminating the need for daily cleaning and emptying. It is recommended to perform cleaning and maintenance approximately every third day, as the integrated refrigerator system ensures the mix remains cold and fresh for extended periods.
