Your food is going bathing and it’ll love it: Sous-vide cooking is really easy with the ZWILLING ENFINIGY sous-vide stick. Sous-vide cooking or vacuum cooking is traditionally cooking meat or fish, but also vegetables or fruit?in a water bath. Everything is safely packed in a vacuum bag. The optimal cooking temperature for the respective food is maintained over the entire cooking period, which enables particularly gentle and even cooking. The compact and handy ZWILLING ENFINIGY sous-vide stick not only takes control of the water temperature and cooking time, but is also easy to use: The desired temperature and cooking time are simply set on the LED touch display.
Thanks to the small temperature steps of 0.5 °C and an accuracy of +/- 0.1 °C– 0.2 °C between 40– 70 °C, you can set the sous-vide cooker extremely precisely. While you concentrate on other tasks in the kitchen, the timer function keeps an eye on the cooking time. After this time has elapsed, the stick gives an acoustic signal and stops automatically. And if you want to eat a little later or your guests are late, no problem! Simply leave the food in the water bath at the set temperature. The cooking point does not change and remains perfect. Voilà, sous-vide is so easy!

FAQ - What are the delivery charges for orders with Magalies Citrus Online?
All orders over R1500 get free shipping automatically. Any order below R1500 will incur a shipping charge depending on the delivery location provided, and the volumetric weight of your total order.
You can also add your desired items to your cart, and calculate your shipping cost with your delivery details at checkout.
FAQ - How long will delivery take?
We aim to deliver within 2 - 7 working days to anywhere in South Africa, depending on where you are located.
Please allow for up to 7-14 working days for all catering equipment.
Please allow for up to 10 working days for orders over R10,000.
Please note we do not dispatch orders over weekends and over public holidays. Orders received on these days will be dispatched on the following working day.
FAQ - I have not received my delivery, and the stated delivery time has passed?
On rare occasions or in remote areas delays can happen. If the expected delivery times are exceeded significantly, please contact us on +27122569000 or at info@magaliescitrusonline.co.za with your order number and we will track your shipment and update you accordingly. Rest assured that you will receive your shipment, even if it means that we have to send you a replacement.
FAQ - I have tracked my order and the courier company has been 2km away for the past hour, what should I do?
We make use of a number of different courier companies to deliver our awesome products to you. We do however have a fantastic system in place that enables you to check up on the status of your delivery, as well as send you emails or sms’s to you to keep you in the loop. That way, you can always easily see what is happening with your delivery.

FAQ - It is 16h00 and I have still not received my delivery, what should I do?
When we book deliveries with our courier companies it is standard practice to request a delivery before 16h00. This does not always mean that delivery will take place before 16h00, on rare occasions the courier company may deem your delivery address an outlying area (especially residential addresses) and as a result only deliver after 16h00. Should you need to leave the address after 16h00 for any reason and are afraid you will miss the delivery, please note that our courier company has been instructed to give you a call, and attempt delivery the following week or day, should no one be available at the time of delivery.
