01. Is VAT included in your products?
Yes! VAT is already included on all our products on the online shop. When you receive an invoice, you will see that the subtotal and the final total will be the exact same amount. VAT will be displayed on your invoice.
02. How can I add my VAT number to my invoice?
You can easily add your VAT number on the cart or checkout page, either in the designated VAT field or next to your company name in the company name bar.
03. Can I buy from your physical stores?
Yes. We do have a number of Magalies distribution centres around SA. To see a list of our distribution centres click here: https://magaliescitrus.co.za/distribution-centres/

04. Do we need to pay online, or can we enquire about stock and pricing via email or WhatsApp and request an invoice for EFT payment through our finance department?
While our online store offers a convenient way to order, you're also welcome to enquire via email or WhatsApp. If you prefer to pay by EFT, we can send you an invoice, just let us know your requirements. We're here to make the process easy and flexible for you.
05. Can I arrange my own courier if I prefer not to wait for your standard delivery times
Absolutely. You’re welcome to use your own courier or collect from our warehouses, depending on stock availability. Please note, once collected, transit liability rests with you.
06. Can I request overnight delivery?
Yes, we can arrange overnight delivery. Please request a quote before 1 pm. Note: Friday shipments may not arrive Saturday, especially in outlying areas. Weekend delivery is possible on request but may cost extra.
07. Do I need to Create an Account in order to buy something?
No. You can make a purchase without creating an account.
08. Can I physically visit your online store to place an order?
No. Magalies Citrus Online is an online store and as such does not have a physical retail store. Our head office is based near Brits, North West Province, but we stock our online products in several fulfillment warehouses around the country.
